Wide open spaces, sweeping natural landscapes, and close proximity to fantastic amenities - these are all reasons that Chris Baylis lives and sells “Out East” in Manatee County. A Real Estate Agent for 20+ years, the majority of that time in the Lakewood Ranch area, Chris’s passion for the country lifestyle is clear from the moment you meet her.

 

Along with her focus on residential communities, Chris specializes in the amazing array of equestrian properties and acreage found in Manatee and Sarasota counties– from Palmetto and Parrish to Panther Ridge and the University Park corridor. Customers appreciate Chris’s ability to communicate proactively, listen carefully, and speak honestly. Her diligent way of taking care of the details brings a welcomed sense of calm and confidence to the real estate transaction. 

 

Originally from Huntington, New York, Chris earned an associate’s degree in management and marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. With her refined eye and creative vision, Chris can help buyers envision the possibilities of a space or showcase sellers’ homes in the most attractive light. Another facet of her expertise is understanding the complexities of HOA docs, rules, and regulations as a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM since 2009). She has received numerous awards including the President's Award in 2018, 2021, and 2022 as well as a multi-year Five Star "Best in Client Satisfaction" Award Winner.

 

Chris and her husband of over 32 years reside out east in Panther Ridge and have two sons. Her spirit of adventure explains two of Chris’s hobbies - boating and motorcycles! She is happy to share her knowledge of the waterways (and the roadways!) that make this area such a world-class destination.
