I found her randomly (no referrals) and she kept communicating with us for the first 12 months while we began our home search across the country. She responded to our questions and was not "pushy" with unwanted information or sales pitches like other agents we had come in contact with. Being in Oregon, we had no idea what to expect in purchasing a home in Florida. She educated us on everything from insurance, pests, issues with mold/humidity, inspections, and the home buying process. If there was something she could not advise us on, she had referrals and suggestions on who to contact. She took our wish list in a home, our priorities and our price range and presented us with great options in the Lakewood Ranch area (she knows it very well) Chris would mention red flags in certain properties that she noticed that we had no idea about.
